Very nice staff, an English-speaking bartender, who told us what the snacks were made of. The interior itself is beautiful because of its authenticity, not the vision of an expensive designer. There's a lot of local people inside. A wonderful place.

One of the best places to experience the local food of Bilbao. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in explaining which dishes were traditional, and even the correct wine to try with it. Great for an authentic bite of Bilbao!

Buscando LA GILDA perfecta. Toda la vida en Bilbao y nunca había tenido la oportunidad de probar la Felipada. Hemos pedido la clásica y es un puntazo, riquísimo el sandwich. Normal que tengas defensores a capa y espada totalmente compatible con cualquier otro sandwich de la zona. No se anulan… se complementan, los de Bilbao ya me entendéis

Las felipadas están buenísimas, pero sobre todo el trato del personal. Son super majos, así dan ganas de repetir 8 veces más. Si vuelvo a Bilbao repito fijo, recomendado.
